Tech at Night: After-Hours Tech Support

In fall 2011, we launched Tech at Night, a new initiative to provide after-hours tech support to students living in the residence halls from 8 - 11 p.m.  Materials in support of the service included:

Information Services Faculty/Staff Communications and Support

IS offered dedicated faculty/staff support last fall and spring semesters.  We communicated the new support options through various media, including:

The Tech Spot: 2011 - 12 Communications

We had a busy kick-off for all user support technology services this year, including The Tech Spot in Tri-Towers.  Throughout 2011 and 2012 we:

  • Refreshed all marketing materials, including business cards, signs, flyers and web site
  • Developed new, competitive pricing structures in categories that were easier to comprehend
  • Displayed electronic advertising in the student center and Student Recreation and Wellness Center
  • Communicated to faculty and staff via E-Inside (electronic newsletter) and the Graduate Student Orientation
  • Added new services: iPad mail-in repair, TECHcare Package and Advanced Hardware Install/Repair
  • Continued to develop use of social media by responding to technology questions directly within Facebook

Chicken Manor Fall/Winter Promo Materials

Here is some more freelance work from Chicken Manor Family Restaurant, used for their Fall/Winter promotions.  These print designs include:

  • Small Table Signs (front and back)
  • New Business Cards (front and back)
  • A stand-up Holiday Dessert Sign
  • Acrylic Business Card Promo Sign
  • Dessert Stand-Up Sign

The materials establish a new design theme for the restaurant's marketing materials and complement the web site I made a few years ago, www.chickenmanorcanton.com.
