In fall 2011, we launched Tech at Night, a new initiative to provide after-hours tech support to students living in the residence halls from 8 - 11 p.m. Materials in support of the service included:
- Posters in all of the residence halls
- Stand-up signs for the student techs to display at their tables
- T-shirts for the student techs
- Communication sheets to the RAs and RHDs
- Press release on the IS web site
- Dedicated Tech at Night web site with hours and locations
