IS offered dedicated faculty/staff support last fall and spring semesters. We communicated the new support options through various media, including:
- Articles in E-Inside (newsletter sent to all faculty/staff members) and on the IS web site
- Post cards given to faculty by local support people
- A faculty/staff technology checklist, given to new hires
- Posters and signs in the academic buildings
- Communication to the executive officers about our Blackboard Learn 9 transition
